Attending the workshop by the legendary popular education center, the Highlander Center, 'Unearthing Seeds of Fire: 75 Years of Social Change through the Story of the Highlander Center, I appreciated the fact that while there were over 125 people in the room, true to popular education principles, the facilitators led the workshop in participatory ways.
