At USSF 2010, on Wednesday the 23rd, I'm one of a team of co-facilitators presenting Stopping the Invasion of the Body Snatchers: an Introduction to Countering Military Recruitment. The workshop is at WSU Old Main: O174.
On Thursday the 24th, I'm facilitating a workshop on Blogging for Nonviolent Social Change. We will be discussing creating effective blogs from 3:30-5:30 at the Woodward Academy: 1475.
On Friday the 25th, I'll be facilitating a workshop called, Radical Visions: Anarchism, Socialism, Pacifism, Feminism, Multiculturalism, Environmentalism, Globalism".
We will be discussing and envisioning these perspectives, not as competing ideologies, but as complementary perspectives that together help us holistically envision better societies and the world we want to co-create.
The workshop will be held from 1-3 pm in TWW: Fourier (appropriate that we'll be meeting in a space named after Fourier, though I don't know if it's named after the utopian socialist or the mathematical transform), TWW: Fourier 151 West Fort Street, Detroit, MI, 48226 (at least that's the address if TWW Fourier is the same as TWW1).
